ONLY eco-friendly bags provided by Door2door Services to be used

Ensure bags for collection DO NOT leak

Adhere to the collection times as stipulated on the website and social media

Any bags left for collection after specified time, will NOT be collected

SEALED bags for collection to be left outside front door
-
General household waste will be collected ONLY, i.e. NO furniture, NO rubble, NO broken glass, etc
-
Prior notice by 12PM same day for any extra bags on ad-hoc days

Prompt payment to be made prior to the commencement of service

Collections will be carried out 7 days a week, except special holidays (refer to here)

Pensioner plans can ONLY be purchased by customers 60+

Customers who are under 60 years of age should NOT book the non-pensioner plans as discount does not apply

No refunds. Make sure you purchase and book the correct plan

Be aware the services will be available as from 1st February 2023

If the bag for collection is not left outside your front door by the specified time limit, no reimbursement will be given for that day

*Termination - either one of the parties may cancel or terminate a service by giving one month’s prior notice in writing.
All service plans are payable in advance and are non-refundable.*
